酒店位置很好，免費停車也很方便走路2分鐘有些餐廳和購物但是規模小。駕車很快就到市區。 但是3人住的大床房比較小。放三個行李基本就不能轉身了。設施比較老舊。我們住的房間窗外都是牆壁，完全沒有view

三張床空間很大 設計很典雅 還有小型廚房真的很方便 最棒的是電梯旁有飲水機可裝水 房間內已提供許多沖泡式的咖啡巧克力茶等隨身包 但大廳還是提供咖啡機可供使用 真的很貼心的飯店

⸻ ★★☆☆☆ 2回目の宿泊でしたが、前回とは違いあまり良い體験ではありませんでした。ファミリールームに宿泊しましたが、窓は全く開けられず換気ができません。 蟲が出て部屋を変えてもらいましたが、翌日は浴槽の清掃がされておらず、フロントに確認したところ「クリーニングスタッフはもう帰ってしまったので対応できない」と言われました。 清掃面とカスタマーサービスには改善の餘地があると感じます。

We just stayed the night with hotel Diana as I had eye surgery and needed to go back the next day to see the Dr as we were from Toowoomba. Only 3 mins drive from the eye institute. Our room was very nice. Clean everything very good.

Terrific hotel, comfortable, clean, on site parking and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist their guests. Breakfast is good value too. Will definitely stay here again. It is also not far from several hospitals so would be good place to stay if you’re in Brisbane for medical appointments and your from a rural area.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The gentleman on the service desk was so kind and helpful. We loved the room, good size and clean and well kept. The bed was made every day and fresh towels available when we needed them. Tea and coffee sachets topped up everyday. A coffee machine in the lobby was available for free drinks any time of the day. The only thing we would have liked, was the breakfast to be available until 10am and not 9am, there was place nearby to grab breakfast later though. Location was approx 20mins walk from Southbank, which was amazing. Will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Front Desk's service is very good, they helped us to make a call to the tourist spot in Gold Coast to facilitate us to change a booking time successfully to avoid missing travel schedule.

Great Hotel very comfortable beds, clean and the staff are warm and friendly. Walking distance to the Children’s Hospital. There are many options of food right next door to the hotel. Pub on the corner of the Annerley Rd. Fancy a night at a theatre? Then The Princess Theatre is also a few doors down. Breakfast is available at hotel for an extra charge. Their prices are also affordable. Parking is available.
